Le Chapeau Rouge sur Neufchatel-En-Bray

Ideally located in the heart of Neufchâtel-en-Bray, the restaurant "Le Chapeau Rouge" is truly worth a visit. We had booked our tables in advance, which was fortunate, as the restaurant was packed when we arrived. A sure sign of its excellent reputation. And this restaurant certainly deserves that reputation, as we enjoyed a simple yet delicious lunch. We both opted for the €19.50 set menu, which proved to be quite generous. The welcome was perfect, as was the prompt service, all provided by friendly, kind, and professional staff. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

We took a quick lunch break during our bike trip to try some Neufchâtel cheese in a salad. The service was quick and efficient!

We had lunch there while passing through town. The menu is extensive. Good value for money. We ordered andouillettes which arrived slightly burnt.
