Second visit We returned for lunch in November, and it was still excellent. Given the season, we were seated inside; the dining room is superb and very well laid out. We will gladly return. First visit We came for lunch during the week (3 adults). Everything was perfect: the welcome, the terrace, the food, the service. Very good value for money. We had a wonderful time.

A great restaurant for enjoying good, generous, and delicious food, just the way we like it.

Before visiting the Bruoux mines, we stopped at this little restaurant. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff were also very energetic. The food was simple but very good. As for the cheese plate, it was delicious. In short, a very nice discovery.

Recently renovated interior – simple and friendly welcome. A fairly short but sophisticated menu, served without too much of a wait. Original amuse-bouches, main courses, and sides, well-prepared and beautifully presented on unique tableware. Excellent desserts, with flawless ingredients, recipes, and preparation. A well-reasoned selection of quality local wines. And as a bonus, petit fours… and a glass of marc if you're so inclined! All for under €50 per person. We'll be back!

If you only have time to do one thing in Gargas, go eat at La Chape. A delicious menu and impeccable, warm service. A real pleasure! :)

A flawless 5 out of 5. The tournedos Rossini is hearty and to die for 👍 A very nice surprise for dessert: an excellent mille-feuille with... black olives and Nyons olive oil, a combination of flavors reminiscent of the Amazigh breakfasts of the Ourika Valley in Morocco. Congratulations to the chefs and the dining room manager!
