Le Charleston sur Saint-Aubin-Sur-Mer

Great atmosphere in this restaurant, which plays French music, mostly the classics that made it famous. The slightly 80s vibe is nice. As for the food, I only tried one hamburger, but it was good, well-made, the wait was quick, and the ingredients were fresh again. Nothing to complain about except to recommend going there. Special shout-out to the waitress who made me laugh with her "taggliatelle" with 2 grams of salt—probably a little-known but delicious Italian specialty 😅

We first came to the Charleston 22 years ago. At the time, we were leaving the François Baclesse Center where my husband was finishing his last treatment. Then we left the area. We've been back in the neighborhood for a few months now, and almost to the day after those 22 years, we decided to return to the Charleston for lunch, a place that had made such a good first impression on us. First of all, the setting is still as exceptional as ever, even in the middle of winter. Secondly, the food is still just as delicious. The fries are amazing, and a special mention goes to the dessert; I had a chocolate Liégeois with an exceptional chocolate sauce! The atmosphere is fantastic (the music, the decor), and the service is impeccable. I had a strange feeling coming back; it reminded me of the difficult times back then, and ultimately, I felt like things had come full circle. Now we'll be back to write a new chapter in our lives. A huge thank you to the whole team for leaving this place exactly as we remembered it. We wish you all the best. See you soon.

A pleasant family meal; I ordered the "Cheddar Strong" dish, a steak with cheddar sauce and crispy onions. I had requested no salad, which wasn't honored, but luckily the request wasn't due to an allergy. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant.

Hello, 4 euros for pastis is too expensive, the rest is disappointing, there's a lack of quality on the plate.

A lovely spot. We had a lovely afternoon snack with friends, enjoying crepes and waffles served by a friendly and cheerful young waiter. I highly recommend it.
