What a joy to once again find a restaurant where the owners truly understand hospitality and good food, made to please.
We're a far cry from impersonal chains. The food at Le Chaudron is prepared with love for the customers, so they can enjoy themselves and have a good time. Fabrice and Karl's restaurant is pretty and tastefully decorated. Everything is done to make you feel at home.
And it works. By 3 p.m., there were four or five tables of customers left who didn't know each other and were chatting.
The owners' professionalism is evident. They adapt to their customers; they know how to quickly serve a busy team that has little time for lunch, and they also know how to take the time to pamper the tables of older guests. Bravo. Bravo.
