26/12/2025: The best place for wine in Toulouse, a self-service bar with wines by the glass, priced from €0.90 to €1.30, so you can try as many wines as you like and then order more. The tapas are excellent, and the service is wonderful. They explain the wines and offer recommendations and pairings if you order food. The woman who served me also speaks English. For wine connoisseurs, the bottles include descriptions of the grape variety, flavors, and more. Definitely a place to visit if you're in Carcassonne.

05/12/2025: Recommended by an acquaintance, this is a fantastic find! It's so much fun to be able to sample different drinks, chat about them at the bar, all while enjoying a delicious meal in the basement. The prices are very reasonable for what's served, and it lives up to expectations both visually and in terms of taste. The waitresses are also very welcoming and efficient. 5/5, see you soon!
