Le Cheval Blanc sur Giffaumont-Champaubert

This was our third family visit to Cheval Blanc. This time it was my grandson's 18th birthday present; he had specifically requested to come here. We greatly appreciate the refined flavors created by the Chef, the assurance that everything is prepared on-site with the most local ingredients possible, the attentive and friendly service, the delicious breakfast, the proximity to the magnificent Lac du Der, the architecture of the half-timbered churches—in short, we certainly hope to return again in the years to come.

Wonderful restaurant, highly recommended, excellent service and food

I highly recommend this hotel-restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters and waitresses are attentive. We ate there on Saturday with a couple of friends, and it was very good – no complaints whatsoever.
