This hotel is a regular stop for us as we return to the UK from the Alps. It's very pleasant to arrive and go for a stroll by Lac du Der and the hotel itself is very good. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast one of the best we have in France.

I have only been there twice since the new management and I find that this restaurant deserves to be starred! Quality and refinement on the plate and in the service. The menu will change soon, I won't be long in going back!

Stopover on the way back from vacation chosen urgently on the very day of our arrival, without knowing the hotel or the place. Absolutely delighted as soon as we entered the room. Hotel located a few dozen meters from the edge of Lake Der, in a small, quiet village. This made us want to revisit this place to enjoy it more.

23/03/2024: There were 4 of us here yesterday evening, arriving late at 8:45 p.m., we were very well received, thanks to our waitress Marie who took very good care of us and who had to put up with the good humor of our husbands, we ate very well. Very good value for money we will come back very soon to taste other dishes
20/03/2024: End your walk with a moment at the "Pirogue Bleu" and you will understand why I give these 5 stars, thank you to the whole team.
