Le Clariant sur Correncon-En-Vercors

Last night, we went as a family to eat raclette at Clariant. Just wow. Amazing. Even the arrival at night is sublime; it must be just as stunning during the day. The welcome was top-notch, honestly, nothing to complain about: smiling, helpful, and attentive. We're almost at the end of the winter season, and they're incredibly friendly, which is really appreciated. The food was excellent, the ingredients were well-chosen, truly fantastic, and the homemade desserts were delicious. The experience was amazing: a nighttime walk through the forest, toasting popcorn over a wood fire, and walking back to the car by torchlight. Honestly, fantastic. In short, the experience was amazing, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, smiling, and attentive, the decor was super cozy, and the gentle warmth of a wood fire filled the entire restaurant. In short, we loved it. 😊

It's always a delight to eat there. But it's worth the effort. You have to walk, and our last visit was at night. Remember to bring lights and use your GPS to guide you. The raclette by candlelight is truly delicious, with seconds for those with a big appetite. Personally, I was very happy with it. You have to try it; it's fantastic.

A magnificent and unusual setting, surprising

Beautiful place; warm atmosphere; we were able to enjoy the sunset and have drinks outside in the evening surrounded by lanterns, torches, and fairy lights. Just one negative point: payment is made by the person who made the reservation and receives the bill; payment should be made at the end, as in all restaurants, with everyone paying their share, especially if you come in a group.

Always a lovely evening in a warm and welcoming setting with excellent service.
