Le Clariant is much more than a restaurant; it's a true experience. The setting is incredible: nestled in nature, in the heart of the Vercors mountains. The little path leading there is part of its charm.
As for the food: local produce, generous, flavorful, homemade cuisine with a real identity.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
The place has a soul, and that makes all the difference. Not to mention the restaurant's commitment to the environment; it's completely self-sufficient—a rare quality that deserves to be highlighted.
And finally, a special mention for the welcome: simple, genuine, and human. You feel truly at ease! ☺️

A lovely little restaurant discovered in the heart of the forest, about a 2 km walk from the Corrençon golf course parking lot.
The setting is truly delightful and the welcome warm.
The food is excellent, although the prices are slightly high for what's on offer, but this is justified by the surroundings.
A beautiful place we'll gladly return to.

We had a wonderful evening at Clariant. The staff takes excellent care of each customer and makes the experience unforgettable. The raclette is fantastic and the place is unique.

The location is magnificent, nestled in the mountains, and the all-wood restaurant is very welcoming.
The cuisine is simple but delicious, featuring excellent local produce, and the portions are very generous.
I highly recommend it.
I went in April, and it was perfect because it wasn't crowded; in the summer, it must be packed, judging by the number of tables.
