Le Clos Cerdan sur Mont-Louis

We stayed 3 days and 3 nights in this hotel establishment. Arriving on Sunday late afternoon, we were received by the manager I suppose. I would like to point out that I had some apprehension after reading some of the comments about it. The welcome was very good, as was the room, dinner and breakfast. We had an excellent stay. Access to the relaxation area (swimming pool, hammam and sauna) is a real plus.

Room of 10. Very comfortable beds. Spectacular views. Not at all noisy. Colored lights in room and shower. Full breakfast. Dinner service slow and a little expensive. Very friendly waiters Mrs. Pujol is very serious and dry although deep down it is clear that she is a good person. Customers should smile more Spa a 10 to relax, very complete. We will return for sure. Merci beaucoup :-)

We have been going to this hotel for years, renovated rooms, clean, good breakfast, the welcome has always been a little cold but we got over it. Except this time, forced to go to another hotel, 45 minutes of waiting at the counter to reserve a room, the owner who passes us 4 times without getting a smile or a hello, very haughty, and above all total ignorance, a nice employee told us twice that she would arrive for our reservation but after 30 minutes (there were no other customers) we left... We found a very nice hotel not far away, with a very warm welcome, which will definitely make us change our habits 🤷 The welcome in this hotel has always been very cold, we should really think about changing jobs or putting an employee who is not jaded by life in this place.

The morning buffet very extensive in sweets but very poor in salty food (1 york ham and 1 cheese) at 8 there were no frankfurters left, and the scrambled eggs could not be eaten

We had a very good 2 night stay at this hotel! Very warm welcome from all the team, beautiful, completely renovated room with a view of the mountain, delicious food and lovely service (plus, we had full board), pleasant swimming pool with jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, small bathroom. practical sport if necessary, and brilliant beauty institute with a lovely and very competent beautician! Relaxation guaranteed! Right next to Mont Louis, a very pretty fortified village surrounded by hiking trails! To discover without delay, it is really a very pleasant place to recharge your batteries!

Lovely hotel with nice swimming pool and leasure area located in the mountains. We found this place with a smartbox, and I could not be more satisfied with the choice we made picking this place! Very recommended! We spent a lovely days there :) I do not really understand the not-so-high average score on Google. Our room was recently renovated and was perfect for our family. We were satisfied with breakfast and dinner as well. Afternoons relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna. Great place and nice views 👌

We went with family for a weekend - had a great time. It's good facilites regarding swimming pool, sauna and hidromasajes. Food was really good. There is a lot starting points for hicking in Pireneus trails near by, just short distance driving. Really recommend.

Authentic establishment which offers modern and quality services.

Chambre simple mais très propre, la seule chose qui manque c'est un frigidaire avec une vue magnifique, les repas sont excellents, le service des repas et petits déjeuners au top avec un personnel aux petits soins le seul bémol est l'accueil de la gérante un peu froid. Je pense qu'elle devrait passer le relais....
