Le Clos Romain sur Moirans

I came today with my partner for his birthday. We received a very warm welcome, the interior is superb, and we ate in a vaulted room with magnificent stone walls. We ordered lamb shank with mashed potatoes and baby vegetables, and I had foie gras with mango, risotto, and baby vegetables. For dessert, we had pineapple carpaccio with vanilla and a lemon meringue dome, accompanied by a small glass of wine. The meal was simply exceptional. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it, and we definitely plan to return to eat on the terrace or even in the dining room.

An unexpected discovery that was a pleasant surprise! We were delighted by the well-prepared and beautifully presented dishes. We also want to thank our smiling, attentive, and pleasant waitress, who was impeccable. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area.

What a wonderful evening we had yesterday at Clos Romain! We spontaneously decided to have dinner there, and what a pleasant surprise! A large restaurant with several dining rooms and a terrace. The welcome was fantastic, and an amuse-bouche was served immediately. The menu is simple and only available on a chalkboard. We ordered the ribeye steak, which was delicious, accompanied by apples and seasonal vegetables. For dessert, we enjoyed a chocolate mousse with brookie pieces. An excellent experience!

You show a very nice interior photo, however, we are not in that place. The food is very good, but the drinks are very expensive: a bottle of sparkling water is €8.50. Overall, the value for money is not up to par.
