Staff available, pleasant and helpful. I needed a computer mouse and they provided me with one on loan with no hassle. Quality catering. Be careful (room 326) toilet dispenser poorly fixed to the wall (same as women's toilet on the ground floor) and toilet paper that is too thin. The shower joints are borderline or even moldy in certain areas. Noisy air conditioning. Too bad for a 4 star.

It was great, set in Disney two stations from the park, the breakfast was super good and quite varied, the rooms were very comfortable!!

Hotel well located in town with comfortable bedding, full and varied breakfast, available and friendly staff, free secure parking with direct access to the hotel. I recommend.

Perfect location for Disney, good breakfast selection, staff friendly. I must single out Yannick who very kindly helped me reunite my granddaughter with some property we left behind with kindness and good humour Thank you Yannick !

Very nice, friendly, helpful staff - also English speaking. Nice Easter campaign, not just for the children. Room clean. Breakfast good. Parking garage was another plus point. Many small restaurants in the immediate area. Less than 5 minutes to the train station - trains to the city of Paris and Disney. Price / offer: Very good. Recommended.

Very pleasant room setting, some noise. Neighborhood with several restaurants and above all 2 minutes from the RER station and 2 Disneyland stations. Just the toilets are not practical, the paper roll holder hinders the exit, at least in our room. Otherwise nothing to say.

Great location for a visit to Disneyland Paris. Clean rooms, free parking space in the closed part of an underground car park, very friendly staff. The staff also speaks English. 😀 However, you have to be careful with the prices on the booking confirmation: without any notice it will be around 5% more expensive because the hotel also has to charge city taxes. We didn't know this (it's not on the booking confirmation) and had to ask specifically. But this is our only point of criticism.

Warm welcome, comfortable and spacious room, quality food :) The small downside would be the parking lot which is -too- full quickly.

Friendly English speaking staff. Great location. Very close to train station. Nice soft bed and pillows. The sofa cum bed could be more cleaner.
