Very poor organization for handing over the keys upon our group's arrival. Table service was too slow (evening).

For the past few years, we have been frequenting this hotel with great pleasure. The staff, the always very pleasant welcome, and the consistently excellent rooms always make us want to return. We have built a relationship of trust with this hotel, which I first knew when I lived in Bolbec, and which has now become a place of rest and comfort whenever I return to the area. If you are looking for a place for your holidays, a weekend, a single night, or even a seminar, look no further; this place is truly incredible and very reasonably priced considering its quality. A big thank you to all the staff, from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen. Thank you all for the warm welcome and the service you provided throughout our stay. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Friendly staff, very good experience

We rented the meeting room on a Saturday afternoon for our association's general meeting, with about twenty people in attendance. For a very reasonable price, we received a fantastic welcome: friendliness, efficiency, and responsiveness. The room was beautifully set up, with comfortable chairs, and everyone had their own small bottle, a glass, and even some candy. We were able to use the projector without any problems, and the Bluetooth speakers were excellent! At the end, a lovely afternoon tea awaited us, with tea, coffee, fruit juice, and delicious little madeleines. In short, we'll definitely be back for next year! And if we need to stay overnight in the area, this is obviously where we'll stay!

The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. A TV, towels, instant coffee, herbal tea, and a kettle are available in the rooms. The restaurant is also good.

Room 215 Corporate Seminar A difficult night due to the noisy room. We could hear all the outside noises. I left new products in the shower—shampoo and shower gel. I called the same day to retrieve them… but supposedly, they couldn't find anything… Strange. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant. And the meals were good.
