Very nice surprise! Passing through Beauvais during the week, we looked for a small restaurant near the highway. Welcomed to this hamlet in the countryside by a very fit rooster, we arrived without reservation and fortunately there was one last table left for two on a Tuesday lunchtime; seeing the number of cars parked near the restaurant we told ourselves that we were not mistaken! The place is known, has its regulars and it is essential to reserve ;) As for the table, we enjoyed the starter-main course-dessert formula. They offer a starter, main course and dessert of the day in addition to other choices. That day it was endives with ham (as a starter yes yes 🤗), duck parmentier and banana brick with white chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. Really good and not banal, right? In terms of service, impeccable, efficient, friendly and fast, well done 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 We took the card and will come back at the next opportunity, that's for sure 😉
