While visiting Alsace, we discovered this restaurant thanks to a colleague. Absolutely excellent from start to finish. The various dishes were generous. For starters, we had foie gras and the chef's terrine; for our main courses, the ribeye steak, the soft-boiled egg, and the Alsatian burger. For dessert, we had the rhubarb charlotte. We let the waiter choose the wine for our starter and then our main course: perfect, and his explanations were very clear. Thank you to the second waiter for introducing me to a rum infused with apple and ginger as a digestif! In short, we will be back during our next weekend in Alsace.

Excellent welcome and service. We had a lovely time and a great meal. The sauerkraut platter was delicious and generous. The salmon was good, and its partially cold accompaniment (which is perfectly normal!) was a nice touch. The desserts were consistent with the rest of the meal: tasty and plentiful.

Pleasantly surprised! The food is excellent, no set menu so the ingredients are always fresh. The service is top-notch; I even felt like I was in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The lamb stew with spring vegetables was a delight. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and delicious.

Large, quiet, and welcoming dining room. Suitable for family celebrations or groups. Competent and very friendly service. The Easter menu was excellent, quite sophisticated, and offered great value for money. I highly recommend it.
