A wonderful discovery thanks to a friend. We had the set menu, which was delicious and sophisticated. The food was delicate and the portions were just right. The cheese platter exceeded all expectations. Excellent service from a single person for the entire restaurant. Good value for money.

A restaurant a little outside Poitiers, but one that truly deserves to be known for its warm welcome and its passionate, attentive, and caring owner. A professional team that knows its craft and offers a superb food and wine pairing experience. The dishes are homemade, with original recipes not found everywhere—like lobster or squab—and the flavors are exceptional. Another rare and welcome feature: a selection of PDO cheeses is available, which is becoming increasingly rare in restaurants these days. The restaurant also operates as a wine shop: the owner personally travels throughout France to meet winemakers and discover true gems. If you're passing through the Vienne region, stop by Comme Chez Soi: you won't be disappointed.

Every year we make a pilgrimage to Comme chez soi. And every year we leave completely won over. Always so refined and delicate, from the menu to the service and the chef's explanations. Bravo for these truly delightful moments...

A fantastic discovery! We came for dinner and were delighted throughout the entire meal, from the amuse-bouches to the desserts. The dishes were delicious and expertly prepared. The service was impeccable, all within a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

The warm welcome, the friendly service, and the expert advice from the head waiter were all wonderful. The cuisine was excellent, the fish and pigeon were cooked to perfection. And what can I say about the unique wines? Shouldn't the name of this gourmet restaurant be "Better Than Home"? We had a wonderful time. We will be back.

We had a very good time, a very good meal from starter to dessert, the place was very clean, we were very well received and served, a small drawback (the young man or woman should speak a little louder and articulate a little more because we did not understand everything).
