Great place- Gourmet Michelin level without exorbitant prices. Might be out of the way but certainly worth the effort. Staff and chef take great pride in the food experience. Wonderful “planche” of delicious flavors. Great wine list at reasonable pricing.
Even a few days back from the trip to Champagne, I am still thinking about this experience. It was an authentic French countryside cuisine elevated to its highest level — refined, but full of soul.
The foie gras with ratafia was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The beef tartare was exceptional in its freshness and flavor, the riz de veau perfectly executed, and every dessert a masterpiece. Each bite carried the essence of true French gastronomy at its best.
The wine list is vast, especially the Champagne selection, and the staff guided us with impeccable recommendations that paired beautifully with our meal.
What truly made the lunch special was the kindness and warmth of the team — the chef, Cindy, and above all Isabelle, whose care and passion shone through in every detail. Their hospitality turned an extraordinary lunch into an unforgettable memory.
I would return to Champagne and to Château de Sacy that recommended this restaurant, just to dine here again. Absolutely exceptional.
