What a delightful surprise this restaurant is, tucked away from the port and the center of Granville! The chef, whom you can watch preparing the dishes with precision and refinement, is very well supported by his welcoming head waitress and the charming waitress. The dishes are prepared with precision and flavor. The well-composed menu offers only authentic flavors and is a true gourmet experience. From appetizer to dessert, everything is conceived with finesse, precision, and creativity. Quality ingredients are enhanced by remarkable skill, and flavor combinations are surprising and delicate… Each bite is a discovery. I was simply delighted. A flavorful, elegant, and generous cuisine that provides that rare something: the pleasure of experiencing a truly gastronomic moment. And because a great experience isn’t just about the food, the welcome and service contribute fully to this wonderful moment. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend. Cuisine that touches the taste buds… but above all, the emotions. Bravo to the chef and the entire team at L’Edulis for this absolutely wonderful interlude.
26/08/2026: Visually, it's magnificent: veritable works of art on a plate. And in terms of taste, it's simply exceptional. The chef elevates the mushrooms with remarkable skill. As for the setting, its colors beautifully evoke the world of the forest.
