Le Comptoir de Rose sur Fouras

We're not gamers, so we go to the cinema and the restaurant. The restaurant hasn't changed, but the food is less refined than before and the prices have gone up considerably. There are other restaurants in Fouras with better value for money.

We ate very well, received a warm welcome, and had good service.

We had a very good meal; the service was attentive and pleasant. Kudos to the waitresses who were clearly very skilled. The starters and desserts were perfect. The supreme was also very good, with flavorful morels. The only slight drawback was the cooking of the ribeye steak and the fries, which weren't up to par. However, I thank you for offering us coffee and passing the feedback on to the kitchen. It's a wonderful team that communicates well, and it's a pleasure to see. Excellent food. Friendly welcome and atmosphere. Restaurant, cinema, and casino make this a very pleasant place to stay in Fouras all year round.

A warm welcome awaits you at this restaurant, which boasts a bright and attractively decorated dining room. The dishes are colorful and flavorful, and the service is prompt. Two minor drawbacks: the bread is of poor quality (what a shame!), and the side dishes are a bit meager.

We are always so well received and pampered in this Casino, we do not regret having left the Barrière group in Royan which has no empathy for its customers whom it considers as mere cash cows.

Nothing more. Good food and reasonable prices. Convenient in Fouras as it's practically the only restaurant open out of season. Otherwise, the service is average.
