We're from the North of France and staying with our family in La Palme. A fantastic culinary discovery with a warm welcome from Fred at the bar and the young waitress in the dining room. We'll gladly return.

Our discovery of this place was entirely by chance, and it proved to be a particularly fortunate one! The establishment is steeped in local history, evident in the numerous period photographs (1914), and features several large rooms, including an open-air one where a brazier for grilling crackles. The cuisine is relatively simple but delicious and beautifully presented, with a well-balanced menu and reasonable prices. And above all, the service throughout our meal was exceptionally kind. Our congratulations and thanks to the young woman who provided such wonderful service.

Outstanding service. Excellent dishes enjoyed in a very pleasant and peaceful patio. And, what's more, this restaurant is dog-friendly! I highly recommend this establishment.

Hello, there were some bugs with the service; you have to ask for bread and the wine list. It happens 😁 I thought the initial teething problems were over, but the bill was steep: €38 per person on average for a ribeye steak with potatoes, a dessert, and a bottle of wine for six people. I'm not sure I'll be back, and neither will the friends who were with me. We weren't just passing tourists. We'll try the lunch menu to see the difference. Good luck with your prices, which don't match the service. Maybe we just caught them on an off day 🤒. Second visit, all the bugs have been fixed. Hello, I'm correcting myself: I had lunch today, October 17, 2024, with a friend, and everything was perfect. The waitress was very professional, and the meal was good. We'll be back 👍
