Good evening, I have dined at your establishment before, and I would like to suggest that your servers allow customers to enjoy their meals at a relaxed pace, without rushing them. For me, dining out is a time to take my time, rather than feeling pressured to finish quickly. I understand that you want to free up seats for the next seating, but it is also important to allow customers to savor their meal at their leisure. Thank you very much for your understanding.

The overall experience was pleasant, with some real strengths, but also a few areas for improvement. The welcome upon our arrival was a bit cold, giving the impression that we were intruding. This is a key point to work on, as it strongly influences the first impression and mindset of customers even before they discover the food or the atmosphere of the place. The background music is interesting, well-chosen, and contributes positively to the restaurant's ambiance. It clearly enhances the enjoyment of the experience. A big thank you to our server, "Face," whose professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to take over when needed rebalanced the experience. Her attentiveness and management of the service were greatly appreciated. As for the food, the dishes were very good, well-presented, and generous. The quality was definitely there. One small point for improvement, however: even though we hadn't ordered wine immediately, removing the wine glasses as soon as we were seated didn't encourage us to order more later. It's a small detail, but one that can influence a customer's decision. With a warmer welcome and more attention to dining etiquette, the experience would be perfectly aligned with the quality of the food, service, and background music.

Overall, everything is fine... (food and atmosphere). But the service is something that needs improvement (and needs improvement given the numerous past and present comments)... For a restaurant, not a fast-food establishment, customer service is and always will be an important factor in their memory, regardless of how good the food is... We are there as customers to relive or discover new flavors, not to pick up an order and leave. There's no point in rushing customers (while they're there) to eat and leave quickly... The food and the live music were the only positive points.
