Le Cordon Bleu sur Paris

I went there expecting that a craftsman wouldn't serve anything embarrassing, but I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful and impactful meal.

I don’t know if this is a hidden gem per se or not. But it’s hard to find with construction nearby and it being located on 3rd floor. Picked up 2 croissants, 2 pain chocolat, and a praline/hazelnut danish. Wow. Delicious! The croissants and pain chocolat were flaky and fluffy. The Danish we had was also flaky. The praline / hazelnut was sweet (it deformed a bit since we had it on the train to Geneva). When we come to Paris again, would definitely come back for more!

Found this place after searching for a croissant and a coffee at 7 a.m. The croissant was excellent! The staff was friendly, but given the short ordering process, there's not much to say about that. Since it's not a dedicated café but rather attached to the entrance area of ​​the cooking school, you don't linger long, although the hustle and bustle of students, easily identifiable by their clothing, keeps things interesting. The only downside is that the tables are covered in fingerprints. This could be because several people had breakfast there before classes started, and there wasn't time for a quick clean. But that doesn't detract from the delicious pastries.
