10/03/2026: Large play area for children, impeccable service

10/03/2026: I went to the drive-thru to get an ice cream and was served by a very kind young employee. The card reader wasn't working for my card, so she asked her manager for help. Unfortunately, he spoke to her in a rather unpleasant and condescending manner in front of me, which I found really unfortunate. The young woman remained professional and handled everything from start to finish: the order, the payment, and even the service. Meanwhile, the manager and other colleagues were chatting amongst themselves. I would therefore like to emphasize the professionalism and courage of this employee, who did her job despite the situation. On the other hand, I find it regrettable that a manager would speak to his colleague like that in front of customers, without helping her and leaving her to manage everything while he talks with the other team members.
