Campanile Rouen Nord - Barentin sur Barentin

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. However, using a jackhammer to do work in the next room on the wall connecting to an occupied room (mine) at 10 a.m. is completely unacceptable! I've never seen anything like it in the hotel industry!

Clean rooms, good showers, and a simple atmosphere. Breakfast can be a bit hectic if you're traveling in a group (sometimes you had to wait for empty trays). Our key card didn't work very well; opening the door was a real challenge. We stayed for two nights, the heating worked (we turned on the radiator ourselves), and housekeeping was included. There's a kettle, tea, and coffee. Large supermarkets are across the street.

The staff were very friendly and the welcome was excellent. The hotel could use a good refresh, but thanks to the professionalism of the staff, you forget about that. I highly recommend this hotel for the warm welcome and kindness of the staff.

Comfortable and clean, I slept well, the bathtub and Wi-Fi were great. However, they don't accept restaurant vouchers. A shame.
