Good evening, I came to eat at Crêperie le Corsaire in Soissons. I had a goat cheese, honey, and rosemary crêpe; it was absolutely delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
A typical place.
The owner and staff are friendly.
And the waitresses are pleasant.
Go without hesitation! 😉

What's great is the selection and quality of the products—they're good! However, the fillings could be improved, especially the basic galettes, which are all quite flat. It feels a bit stingy considering the price. The staff's attire was also a little lax (very short shorts). If you're not too hungry, feel free to stop by.

The friendly and welcoming atmosphere when you call to make a reservation sets the tone.
The decor is simple yet effective.
The crepes are delicious and generously filled with high-quality ingredients.
The service is provided by two very cheerful waitresses.
I highly recommend it.

Passing through Soissons, we discovered this truly exceptional crêperie! The galettes are delicious and light, made with raw buckwheat flour sourced, of course, from Brittany! We enjoyed our galettes on the terrace, not far from the small port of Soissons! The staff is welcoming and friendly; the owner, who is also the crêpe maker, doesn't hesitate to come to your table to greet you! Don't hesitate to make a detour...

We were there at lunchtime.

The crepes are good, especially the galettes. The batter is nicely toasted and really well done. However, I was disappointed by the value for money. The fillings are rather stingy: the galette looks almost empty, and once you've finished eating, you're still hungry. It's a shame because the taste is there, but you're left with the impression of "not enough" for a price that I find quite high. A little more generosity in the portions would make all the difference.
