Very good food, original dishes and very well presented.

Last year (2024) everything was practically perfect (food, service, atmosphere), but this year it was a different story. There were fewer staff, one waiter was rather poorly dressed (open shirt, sneakers—with stains on his trousers), and the service was slower (customers who arrived after us were served before us). As for the dishes, while some were impeccable, others left me perplexed, visually speaking (like the egg yolk cream with its confusing "grill" as a starter, or the "porcini mushroom and chocolate garlic" dessert that resembled a shapeless brown mass). No, it definitely wasn't the same. I won't be back next year.
