The best chef de cuisine in Charente Maritime. Absolutely superb food - ingredients, preparation, cooking and presentation. The best meal I have had in twenty years. Add to that the attitude and friendliness of the family staff, and the relaxed ambiance of the restaurant in the small town of Jarnac, and you have the 'tops'.
