We had dinner in the restaurant this Sunday.
Very warm welcome, limited but gourmet menu.
The products are of high quality, the know-how is there.
Cuisine made with a lot of love and passion, with finesse and simplicity.
Without a doubt one of the best and most sincere establishments in the region.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce restaurant. La décoration avec des objets anciens est sympathique, le service est plutôt rapide et efficace et le personnel souriant. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le repas, de l'entrée au dessert, avec un bon équilibre de saveur. Le tarif du menu est correct au vu de la qualité des produits proposés.
Nous vous le conseillons fortement si vous souhaitez bien manger!

Didn't sleep at the hotel but had dinner. Very friendly welcome, table outside in a very pleasant patio, menu at €42 with a limited but tempting choice. Zucchini flowers, caponata cod fillet, apricot tatin, beef tartare on focaccia, very tender and tasty grilled octopus and succulent homemade rum baba, in short a very very pleasant moment. THANKS

We had dinner at the Crillon bistro run by the talented Malbec chef. It’s a village bistro with Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine to match. Everything is done on site. The vitello tonnato at €15 is killer, perhaps even better than the one at Mori Venice in Paris at €32. The rack of lamb is generous and served with multiple garnishes: gratin dauphinois, zucchini flan, caramelized onion, candied garlic. Don't miss the dessert of the day, that would be a shame. The wine list offers a multitude of Ventoux wines, of course. Diligent and smiling service. In short, it’s a great step.

We expected more of the food at this restaurant. Service was friendly but the food was not as good as we hoped. It's a lovely old village and the restaurant ambience is good.
