25/08/2024: My opinion is very mixed, because there is some good and some very limited… Overall we ate well, the service was friendly and the setting was very nice. On the other hand, there is a lot of amateurism and inconsistencies: - the very friendly service is unfortunately terribly inefficient: waiting 10 minutes at a dirty table just to get the sponge, then 5 minutes more for the sets and glasses and another 5 minutes more for the cutlery and towels and another 5 minutes to get the cards… - we see the waiters or waitresses with their arms full walking between the tables looking for who to serve the plate or the glass to... are there no table numbers? - the croques monsieur are very good and at a very fair price (12€), on the other hand the Caesar salad with dry bagged salad worthy of a snack at 18.70€ is clearly excessive. If we do snacks, we charge snack prices. - the dish of the day (rack of veal) was very good, although it's a shame that the accompaniment was frozen potatoes, the same as at McDonald's. Here again, either we make a dish of the day and it’s fresh, or we make a snack. Finally it would be good to change the menu on the website, because the prices are not at all the same on site! (+20 -30% on site). It's a shame, there's a lack of a real chef who will clearly reposition the organization and the standing of this establishment, because the setting is really great and the staff are very kind.
