I ordered a poke bowl and was very disappointed: There was no edamame or mango (which was replaced by pineapple) The aesthetics were really to be desired (see photo) Pineapple doesn't go well with salmon at all. I ordered based on what was described on their site. I would have preferred to know. In addition I found the quantity much lower than a normal poke I don't recommend poke anyway

Regarding the menu, I was impressed by the diversity of dishes offered. There really was something for everyone! The owners were exceptionally welcoming and warm, which added to the overall friendly atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the freshness of the products used, which really brought out the flavors of the dishes. In summary, Le Cœur de Jade is a true gem in Aix-en-Provence. Whether you are passing through the city or living there, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for an unforgettable dining experience. Wow, what a surprise! I thought I would arrive at a classic sushi restaurant but I was wrong. The quality of the products is excellent, the sushi refined, particularly the makis. Address to visit during your visit to Aix!
