We had a wonderful time from beginning to end. Audrey at reception explained everything about our treatment, followed by the relaxation area, and then finished with a very affordable brunch prepared by Johanna. I highly recommend it!!! The staff were truly lovely; thank you for this moment of complete escape.

The establishment has beautiful architecture, but I've experienced better massages, the pool has rusty ventilation, and the false ceiling isn't very clean.

The hostesses are charming, always smiling and attentive; they deserve 5 stars. However, there are many things that need improvement. The hammam is very poorly functioning and often cold; the towel racks in the sauna are broken and still haven't been repaired after weeks; and the pool jets are not fixed. I gave 5 stars for the hostesses, but the establishment itself only gets 2 stars.

A wonderful experience at the Algotherm center in Deauville. A very warm welcome from Marie, Audrey, and Aurélie. Top-notch treatments for a fantastic rejuvenation. I highly recommend it and hope to return very soon for another thalassotherapy session.

07/07/2026: Excellent food and wonderful hosts! We had a fantastic dinner at Berbere Restaurant this evening. From the moment we walked in, the owners were incredibly welcoming, lovely, and so patient with our truly awful French! Neither of us had a starter, which turned out to be a wise choice because the portions are very generous—so much so that neither of us could quite finish our main courses. I had the couscous with meatballs, and my wife opted for the lamb shank. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. We will absolutely return the next time we are in town. Highly recommended!
