We hadn't been back to the Auberge du Dauphin for 13 years – what a wonderful surprise! Refined and delicate cuisine, a warm welcome, and a cozy atmosphere. We loved it! Kudos to the team, the experience was even better than before. We will definitely be back.

I don't regret my choice. We had lunch together this Sunday. The welcome and service were perfect. Kudos to the young team, who are very promising. An innovative menu with plenty of choice without being overwhelming. Refined ingredients. A pure delight. Scallops as a starter, incredibly tender beef cheek as a main course, and an apple soufflé for dessert—simply divine. You should go without hesitation. Thank you for this moment of culinary bliss.

Excessive price for the service.
We were very disappointed with the dishes: the John Dory fillet was tasteless and overcooked, the duck breast was too thick, and the soufflé was far too sweet! On the other hand, the bill was exorbitant!
We expected much better from a so-called gourmet restaurant.
