An excellent experience, the dishes are delicious and the presentation of the plates is magnificent.

An excellent evening, as always we appreciate the excellence of the dishes offered, which change with the seasons. We find each time that the presentation is increasingly refined and the culinary approach ever more relevant. We appreciate the intimate, elegant, and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant.

I don't regret my choice. We had lunch together this Sunday. The welcome and service were perfect. Kudos to the young team, who are very promising. An innovative menu with plenty of choice without being overwhelming. Refined ingredients. A pure delight. Scallops as a starter, incredibly tender beef cheek as a main course, and an apple soufflé for dessert—simply divine. You should go without hesitation. Thank you for this moment of culinary bliss.

Excessive price for the service. We were very disappointed with the dishes: the John Dory fillet was tasteless and overcooked, the duck breast was too thick, and the soufflé was far too sweet! On the other hand, the bill was exorbitant! We expected much better from a so-called gourmet restaurant.

Excellent and original cuisine. Perfect and well-paced service. Very pleasant atmosphere; you can easily chat without disturbing (or being disturbed by) the neighbors.

A delightful moment spent at Le Dauphin restaurant in Breuil-en-Auge, a legendary establishment taken over two years ago by a young culinary couple: a 23-year-old Dutch chef and a 29-year-old Norman chef. And already, what remarkable maturity they display in their dishes, just the two of them working in the kitchen to produce such exceptional food...it's truly impressive. Homemade bread and honey butter, perfectly cooked dishes, incredible jus and reductions, local and seasonal produce, indulgent and generous portions, always with just the right touch of delicacy. A particular favorite was the braised beef cheek with rösti and lovage, and the cheese selection from Normandy and the Netherlands. A lovely experience in a beautiful Norman house. One small point to consider: the starter was served while we were still enjoying our aperitif...otherwise, the service was top-notch, efficient, and discreet, with Clara's gentle touch as an added bonus. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a moment of pure bliss enveloped in delicious bites. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A lovely restaurant, a friendly and attentive team, a meal full of flavors. Oddly enough, no Michelin stars. We'll definitely be back.
