We've dined at Le Dauphin several times since the change of ownership. The restaurant has really stepped up its game. The cuisine is characterized by its sophisticated presentation and perfectly executed meat dishes. It's a true feast for the eyes and the palate. The service is impeccable, perhaps a touch too quick when our (hot) starter was served before we'd finished our aperitif... but that's a minor point.
