We booked a dinner at Le Dauphin. We made the reservation by phone (note that online reservations are possible, but a deposit is required). Our order was taken quickly, without much explanation about the dishes or the meal's order. When I tried to change my aperitif a few minutes after looking at the menu, I was refused because the glass was already being prepared. Furthermore, as is unfortunately the case in many establishments, our starter was brought to us before we had finished our aperitifs. The "Experience" menu offered nothing new. The dishes were relatively simple but well-executed. Cheese is offered as an extra for €14. This information wasn't displayed on the website when we made our reservation, which is regrettable, although it seems to have since been corrected. The chef came to greet the guests at the end of the meal, which was a nice touch. It is surprising, however, that the establishment's marketing focuses primarily on the female chef, when it is the male chef who provides that direct presence to the guests. The main point of disappointment remains the value for money. The prices are very high considering the amount of food served. Ultimately, we found the establishment pleasant for its ambiance. However, certain rigidities in the service and the price-quality ratio leave a very mixed impression. Unfortunately, we were not convinced.

No complaints whatsoever: charming and efficient welcome and service; refined, precise, and delicious cuisine; comfortable setting. An excellent time spent with family!

Excellent gourmet cuisine in this restaurant, which we probably appreciate, where the cuisine is the most creative in terms of taste in the region.

We've been coming to this restaurant for almost 20 years now, every year for my birthday, and—if I may say so—this time it was the best menu we've ever had here. And yet, the previous menus were already excellent. But today's meal truly exceeded our expectations. An absolute delight, impeccable service, all at a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work! We're already looking forward to next year.

A somewhat overrated establishment. Dishes that are too complicated and too salty, despite the use of high-quality ingredients (langoustine, pan-seared foie gras, John Dory). High prices (both for the dishes and the wine list). Service is lacking. The cuisine needs streamlining to better showcase the ingredients.

A truly wonderful place. A very pleasant and elegant setting. A friendly welcome. Excellent cuisine. Run to eat here before it gets a Michelin star.
