It's very good. However, letting in a dirty person without proper attire is something I don't understand. This individual ultimately committed a petty theft... No respect whatsoever for the superb work done in the kitchen and dining room.

Impeccable presentation for flavorful dishes. Top-notch service. Everything is in place to ensure you have a wonderful time and want to return, all at a reasonable price considering the quality. A minor drawback is the desserts, which, while tasty and artfully presented, are either understated or appear disproportionate in dishes that are too large... too simple...

What a surprise! We hadn't consulted any guidebooks or listened to any recommendations; it was pure chance, a five-hour drive, and a "I'm hungry, let's stop at the first restaurant we find" that led us to this place. We opened a menu where every dish seemed worth trying; We briefly mentioned a double allergen restriction (gluten and dairy); initially, to remove/avoid unsuitable dishes, but ultimately, everything was done to intelligently adapt each recipe. It was truly very thoughtful. We opted for the Discovery menu, and it lived up to its name. I knew every word for each dish, but I didn't think that, assembled on a plate, they could achieve such a result. Congratulations to this restaurant! It's a truly excellent five-star experience.
