Excellent value for money. The food is good from start to finish (which is rare for restaurant desserts). We loved the scallops!

Wow! I was wonderfully surprised by this restaurant. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, not to mention the waiter and waitress who explained everything on your plate, even how each ingredient was cooked. Wow! And it was so good—art on a plate!

A wonderful evening that ended with no regrets. We had a lovely time in a warm and inviting setting, enjoying cuisine that was as beautiful to look at as it was delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you again and congratulations on your work.

The service was very pleasant and the dining room was quite calm despite the crowd. However, I'm deducting one star for the quality of the food. It was good, but it lacked something. The flavors weren't sufficiently developed (especially in the half lobster) and we were a bit disappointed by the very cloying chocolate dessert, which we had to leave. On the plus side, the presentation of the dishes was excellent.

We just had a fantastic gastronomic adventure! At Demptezieu, everything is wonderful from start to finish, from the "Rendez-vous amoureux" (a delicious strawberry cocktail) to the seared scallops, followed by half a lobster or slow-cooked beef, and finally the white chocolate dome with strawberries and rhubarb, or the lemon tart, which is a refreshing change. The flavors and textures were a delight.
The service is just as good as the food: friendly and very efficient. We will gladly return.

Prices have skyrocketed, but admittedly, so has the cost of living. Otherwise, the quality remains consistently high, a worthy successor to the previous owners. The service is still impeccable. The 5 stars are perfectly deserved.
Recent visit: still a very well-deserved 5 stars, especially for the incredible all-chocolate dessert!

As a Parisian visiting the region, I had the pleasure of discovering a truly wonderful gastronomic gem that deserves to be better known.
Refined cuisine, perfectly prepared ingredients, elegant and flavorful dishes, and a genuine attention to detail throughout the meal.
Beyond the quality of the food, I particularly appreciated the warm welcome, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff, who fully contribute to the experience.
