Delicious! Everything is homemade, and every dish is meticulously planned, right down to the small salad that accompanies the starter, with its hibiscus apples and herb-infused green dressing. The mixed fish was excellent: both the fish and vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. The mango lassi and ginger cocktail were also very fresh and flavorful. The owners are warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is truly delightful. We even made a reservation for the next day when the bill arrived! 😍 Clearly, the best restaurant in Palavas!
