Family lunch at a restaurant... It had been a long time since I'd eaten so well. Everything was perfect! The cocktails are original and showcase local products beautifully... And above all, they're delicious! The kind of drink you can easily switch from one to the next. For the starter, it was hard to choose because everything tempted me, but I settled on the smoked mackerel with tomato and chorizo ​​focaccia, and... mustard ice cream! All the flavors were perfectly balanced, despite the mackerel being quite strong. I loved it. Then I stayed with fish, ordering the stuffed hake with its equally robust, briny broth. The roasted peaches, green beans, and mushrooms balanced everything perfectly. The wine pairings were also excellent. We trusted Karine's recommendations, and I wholeheartedly agree. And finally, the centerpiece... Dessert! I had the fig variation, and wow, it was absolutely sublime. The smooth, lightly sweetened fig ice cream pairs perfectly with the fresh and roasted figs, as well as the sweeter little cakes, making for a truly indulgent dessert without ever being too much. A fabulous lunch. Highly recommended.

Everything is magnificent, very good, and the welcome is very friendly. But for an epicurean who loves regional cuisine like myself, I find it too elaborate and sorely lacking in substance.

Domaine du Seudre welcomed us to the grounds of a former wine estate for a family celebration with 17 guests. We enjoyed an aperitif outside in the shade of majestic linden trees. The exquisite and delicious dinner was served in a large dining room and delighted even the most discerning palates. To extend this special occasion, we had reserved three gypsy caravans and the chalet offered by the Domaine. Peacefully nestled under the trees and free from mosquitoes, we enjoyed comfortable, functional, and spotless accommodations. The following day, a generous and flavorful brunch completely satisfied children, parents, and grandparents alike. A huge thank you to all the staff at Domaine du Seudre for your warm welcome, the quality of service, and the exquisite dishes. A truly wonderful and excellent place to stay.
