If there's one restaurant you absolutely must try, it's A Caso – a warm welcome, excellent service in terms of advice and presentation, and a chef who clearly loves his job, and it shows in the food! Refined dishes made with top-quality local ingredients and superb flavor combinations. We'll be back whenever we can.

An exceptional dinner. In the dining room, the waitress knows her dishes, her products, her tables, and everything is mastered. It's nice to see well-organized service. As for the food, it's fabulous. We expected to eat well based on other reviews, but we were very pleasantly surprised. I must say that the Southwestern cured meat served as a tartare was completely astounding. We have people here who love cooking and good products, and it shows.
