Very good restaurant we went Monday noon very warm welcome good food and very good staff

Warm and friendly welcome, friendly atmosphere. At my last meal the fish was dry. The dish remained good. I did not enjoy my dessert which seemed, at least, not homemade. I probably had a dessert that didn't suit me.

We had a nice stopover in this very typical restaurant, the human warmth and attention perfectly complemented an exceptional setting... First of all, the building, see photos, the desire to preserve the history of the place is obvious. The fireplace, the wooden arched door.... The tone is set while adding a contemporary touch to the very tasteful room. Summer and winter alike bode well for the future. And at the back, a superb sheltered and shaded indoor terrace, very green. Now let's talk about the best, the solar welcome of coralie which through its energy and intelligence manages the family orchestra of this company which clearly has a taste for good things. Local, quality products are highlighted with simplicity and the taste is there. Snails 🐌 homemade extras, meats: free-range chicken with Camembert sauce, homemade fries, beef of exceptional tenderness, the knife has nothing to do. The cheeses and desserts are of the same level. A mention for the crumble whose cinnamon is perfectly measured. I would have tried the duck, but no longer hungry😋😂 All for very good value for money. (see map in photo) This is not a tourist box. The clientele is essentially local, make no mistake... Parking is easy right next door, and free. If you go to the battlefield castle, which we did, this stop is more than recommended to avoid the tourist traps and the industrial restoration that is emerging everywhere. On vacation, we had lunch with 6 people and a 15 month old baby. Warm welcome, delicious meals, super nice terrace atmosphere. The baby enjoyed the children’s menu. Fresh and quality products. Address to keep in your diary. I highly recommend.

We came with our son Louis. It was nice, the super nice boss, her team is top notch. The meal a pure delight with quality products. I recommend it to you!!!!

We came to celebrate a birthday with 8 adults, the bill was quite reasonable at an average price of 37 euros per person including wine and concluded this very lovely evening. You will love being welcomed with the smile and energy of the owner of the place, greeted by all the staff as you pass by and installed in a cozy and quality place, the place is calm and pleasant even though the restaurant displays full, remember to book to have a great time! The menu is varied and offers fresh produce and homemade dishes. To conclude, this place exudes calm and energy! Above all, don't change anything!!!

We have lunch there every year. It's perfect. The products are quality. The staff is welcoming and helpful to customers. We recommend without hesitation.

Les membres de notre groupe n'étaient pas attablés dans le donjon médiéval de Conches en Ouche mais sous les poutres d'une salle de l'une des belles anciennes maisons de cette ville. Le menu qui avait été choisi comprenait une salade campagnarde, un plat de dinde en sauce et une charlotte aux chocolat et à la poire. Mon bémol pour la salade est la présence de fromage rapé, qui correspond plus à la montagne qu'à la campagne ; surtout, des copeaux de fromage auraient été préférables. Je n'ai rien laissé dans l'assiette du plat principal ; mêmes les frites étaient bonnes, bien croustillantes. Le dessert était délicieux. Le prix est satisfaisant sauf pour les vins, alors que j'avais choisi, avec une amie, une carafe de vin de Bordeaux qui n'était pas parmi les plus chers.

Les plats étaient tout simplement succulents ! Mention spéciale pour la charlotte poires chocolat qui était absolument divine ! Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine et d’excellent service.
