Visiting for the Flax Festival, we had the pleasure of enjoying a meal that awakened all our taste buds. From the appetizer to the dessert, it was a discovery of flavors, a subtle pairing, from the tomato carpaccio with its runny egg to the slow-cooked wild garlic vegetable tian, and finally, two desserts worthy of a top chef.
