Le Drop sur Nimes

28/06/2026: Delicious! I would have loved to try the other dishes, but I settled for the Carbo Bianca pizza. A delicious and generous topping, but above all, an excellent crust (and perhaps the best gluten-free one I've ever had). It just goes to show that it's perfectly possible to eat well without gluten. The restaurant's atmosphere is a little unsettling, as I felt like I was having lunch at my grandma's house 😇 but I say that with all due respect because I love my grandma 😉 I had a wonderful time and I'll be back… I'm adding it to my list of gluten-free restaurants.

30/04/2026: My wonderful friends treated me to this special, unique , discreet restaurant situed in a small road in the city of Nîmes. It's quite original. I'm in complete admiration of the owner, an exceptional woman that greets, serves, cooks, etc all by herself!!! The food high quality fresh homemade. Gluten-free. You feel like you are at home sharing a good meal with loved ones. I will definitely return. I highly recommend to all to discover this restaurant ! Beware, she only has a few tables! Not for large groups.
