As I told the owners, it's been a very long time since I've eaten so well. All the dishes are homemade and excellent; there's absolutely nothing to criticize. And to top it all off, the service is truly outstanding. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You feel right at home and pampered. Well done to the whole team for your passion.

We arrived at this small, family-run restaurant with a friend. We received a wonderfully warm welcome (which is becoming increasingly rare). I have food allergies, and they immediately reassured me that I could eat everything. The service was exceptional, and the food... well, what can I say? We thoroughly enjoyed our three-course meal. Thank you to the owners for their kindness.

We came on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, for a team lunch to celebrate the end of the year. The welcome was warm and the meal excellent. I recommend it.

How to put it... The problem with Fab's... It's that it's fabulous every time, and since the menu changes with the seasons... it's a constant discovery. The trick: ask the staff... They know their dishes and know how to pair them perfectly with the right wine. Then all you have to do is enjoy good food made with quality ingredients. This time... I loved the quail terrine with foie gras and fresh mango sauce, the beef bourguignon (an extended Burgundy version since it includes broad beans... a superb idea), and the 10-hour braised beef (what's the knife for?). In short, a fabulous treat.

A visit to this excellent restaurant for my birthday, the service is excellent, as is the quality and variety of the dishes offered, the restaurant is not very large and the decoration is well balanced, I recommend without hesitation, thank you to the team for this dinner, I will return.
