Le Flamboyant sur Paris

24/08/2026: Great place for a late night drink with a hip crowd. The terrace is huge, the mismatched furniture funky and it’s the perfect place to plot up either after or before exploring the neighborhood

10/08/2026: Best meal we ate in Paris! Came here after we found out La Bellevilloise was closed and after eating here I’m glad it was! We started with an espresso which was by far the best coffee we had in Paris and then got a crème brûlée, which may be the best I have had in my life. I got the Parmigiana d’Aubergine and my friends both got the Ceaser salad. Upon trying the aubergine a little tear rolled down my cheek and another down my leg, by far the best aubergine I have eaten in my entire life! Words simply won’t do it justice, you have to go here and try it yourself! The atmosphere was excellent, it is clear that this is a spot beloved by locals and largely unknown to tourists. The location is perfect, a beautiful square that felt very safe and had plenty of outdoor seating. Bread (which was fresh and excellent) and water were provided at no additional cost and the waiter was attentive and polite (although you do need to speak at least basic french to get on his good side). The prices were also excellent, coming to under €16 each for everything! This will be the first place I go when I’m next in Paris, also a short walk from the Belleville park, which is fantastic for a digestive walk! An absolute must go!
