A wonderful discovery! We were looking for something new, and we were immediately drawn to this establishment. We're so glad we made that choice. The service was perfectly paced, and the waiter was always smiling and pleasant from beginning to end. The food was excellent and of high quality. Passing through Sézanne for one night, we had dinner at Flow, and it was a very pleasant experience. The food was excellent, the dishes were of high quality. The service was impeccable, and we immediately felt at ease. I highly recommend it.

A superb discovery. The food was excellent, featuring high-quality local produce (a special mention goes to the daily vegetable stir-fry, which was recommended to us and was absolutely divine). The service was also perfect, with a smiling, attentive, and passionate waiter. We will gladly return to this little gem of a restaurant.

Hotel le Relais Champenois et du Lion d'Or

20/05/2026: We got to the room early in the afternoon, it was clean, just OK, I have often missed another chair in a double room, and so did I this time. In the restaurant we did not have a common language, but the meal was great.
17/05/2026: Another wonderful discovery this Sunday, May 17th, at 1 p.m. From the cocktail to the dessert, everything was perfect. Fresh, local ingredients, superbly prepared and served at the ideal temperature. Many thanks to the chef and his entire team for sharing these delicious dishes.
