We chose the restaurant because it was on our itinerary and had good reviews. (Arrived at 9 p.m. on a Saturday.) I confirm! We had risotto and gnocchi, everything was delicious! The risotto was tasty, indulgent, and filling—in short, it was fantastic! The profiterole-style cookie was divine. The waiters were kind and professional. A wonderful discovery. I definitely recommend it, and we'll be back.

Beautiful location facing the dungeon, great atmosphere, and a warm welcome. Don't be fooled by its name... it's pure Italian, where you can enjoy everything, both food and wine. I particularly recommend the squid ink spaghetti, a delight, accompanied by a glass of Colombelle (Colombard - Ugni Blanc). Excellent!

The Frenchman has become Italian... But high-class Italian, it's not the local pizzeria but a restaurant with measured flavors that knows how to welcome its public opposite the Donjon de Pons.

23/01/2026: Coffee in the morning and lunch with colleagues. No complaints (and the flank steak was delicious).
13/01/2026: We come every month, we feel like family. Ginette always takes the time to come and say hello, not forgetting Claire and the very friendly waiter. Thank you for the bowl of whipped cream (a gift for Sacha). See you soon!
