Excellent kebab, my favorite in Troyes. The portion was superb! The meat was delicious, and the fries were great! Plus, the owner was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

07/06/2026: Today I went to Pacha. Several years ago, I had gone there, but the service wasn't great, and when I asked for just the meat in my kebab, they refused. Today, I got my kebab with just the meat, no vegetables. We ate there and received a very warm welcome. The weather was lovely, we enjoyed the terrace, and I asked for a container to take home my fries and half of my kebab. The kebabs are generously filled; I was full after half, and the service was fantastic. Thank you, I'll be back. My opinion has changed. 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you very much.
25/05/2026: Excellent Turkish restaurant. Generous portions of homemade food. A must-try!
