We went to the restaurant Le Galet Bleu, and we ate very well, in a relaxed atmosphere. Everything was perfect, an address to remember in Fourras.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. As soon as we arrived, the warm and friendly welcome immediately put us at ease. The location is ideal, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, which allowed us to fully enjoy our seaside stay. Breakfast every morning was a real treat. The fresh produce and seasonal fruits were delicious. The impeccable service added a touch of luxury to our experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend memorable moments in an exceptional setting. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant.

Double great experiences at Galet Bleu-Azzura. Once with their succulent pizzas and a second time, at Galet Bleu itself. The two work together, and their plates are made with very good quality fresh products and the portions are very generous. We did not stay at the Galet bleu, but perhaps to think about it, to benefit from their pension tables ;-) and the sympathy of the hosts. To only talk about the menus: a very nice surprise to find this restaurant so close to the beach (3' walk) with less touristy dishes, and more gastronomy. We tasted salmon tartars, red tuna tataki, Burrata Di bufala salad, like high quality meat, accompanied by homemade fries and well-matched wine. Regretful not being able to take them with us to Lyon at the end of the vacation. Signed: vacationers delighted with their stay in Fouras and this gastronomic encounter.

Quelques imprécisions sur le service mais serveur agréable et réactif. Nourriture satisfaisante. Cadre sympa. Mériterait peut-être un peu plus de quantité et de créativité au vu des tarifs pratiqués. À essayer tout de même !

A very nice evening. With quality service and a lot of kindness. We appreciated the fact that we were asked if we should start the children's menu so that our daughter would eat while we quietly finished the aperitif. And thank you for the little attention for my birthday. Good luck and if we come back to Fouras we will come back with pleasure.

Serveurs souriants, de très belles assiettes, excellentes cuisine moderne avec saveurs étonnantes. Un excellent moment.
