Wanting to escape the very touristy restaurants of Sanary, I was drawn from afar by the smell of mafé. So we decided to stop and eat there. As an African, I know how to cook mafé chicken, but at the Galli restaurant, it's exceptionally good, very good. I admit, it's better than the best. She knew how to use the spices while retaining the flavor of the dish. Even my 7-year-old daughter, who doesn't particularly like African food, loved it.
