Trying to escape the touristy restaurants of Sanary, I was drawn in by the distant aroma of mafé. So we decided to stop and eat there. As an African, I know how to cook chicken mafé, but at Le Galli restaurant, it was exceptionally good, truly excellent. I confess, better than the best. The chef skillfully combined the spices while preserving the dish's flavor. Even my 7-year-old daughter, who isn't usually a fan of African food, loved it.
