Not very correct and polite the boss who chats with someone else when she collects....and I just realized that she did not credit me the entire bill on my altitude loyalty card . Well done honesty....

We ate very well the waitress is very professional and very pleasant, we had to take our dessert to go because of the wait, around 30 minutes for two cookies 🍪. We were really disappointed by the lack of courtesy from the room manager towards customers and servers. It's a shame.

05/03/2024: Intimacy, friendliness, calm, friendly service.
04/03/2024: Very “bella” discovered in Pontarlier this Saturday noon. The atmosphere is family, the pizzas are good, all the staff are attentive, the small rooms give a feeling of intimacy, if I may say so: all that's missing is some background music with more Italian sounds and everything. will be perfect! A good moment of relaxation. To be done again without a doubt.
