LE GAULOIS sur Reims

Definitely a place worth visiting. The service was quick and pleasant. The ingredients were high quality, and the dishes were cooked to perfection. The bill was very reasonable.

The restaurant was packed on Monday noon, which told me it must be good. The steak and foie gras were huge and tender, highly recommended! The onion soup was also delicious. The staff member Alex was very friendly and provided excellent service; a big thumbs up to him!

Such a great place. The waitress we had was super from the beginning to the end. We got a nice booth even we were only two people. The food was superb. Onion soup was the best we have had in ages. So much taste, but not salty. The escargots, yummy, great flavor, perfectly made. And the beef cheeks, so tender, flavorful, but not overly salted. The meet just fell apart. We had a great time there, relaxing and laid back athmosphere. They didnt stress us, even we were finished. Had a good coffee at the end. Will definately go back everytime we are in Reims. We came back the next day, for the daily lunch. Roastbeef, gosh, so good. Service was just as good. We have been there a again since i wrote my review. Everytime just as good as before. Super.

Lively Brasserie near the center of Reims. Recommended by the Hyatt we were very happy with the food and the exceptional personal service. Our waiter, Ellie, was great.

I have had some awful restaurants in France in my life, but so far this was one of the somewhat better ones I know. I was there every evening from last Tuesday to Thursday, seeing that the food, the atmosphere, and the service were amazing. I ordered a steak myself and asked the waiter for bleu. That man was surprised himself that a Dutchman wanted bleu. But soon after ordering, I received my beautiful piece of meat, which was exactly enough for a good meal. Days 2 and 3 in Reims: I ordered a bowl of onion soup there, which was exceptionally good, and on day three I ordered onion soup with a bowl of escargot and salmon with pasta. It was truly a person good. The terraces were spotlessly clean; inside everything was very clean, the toilets were perfect, nothing to complain about. I am going back to Reims soon. I am going to book five days right away to eat there every evening.

Excellent brasserie. Quality is definitely there. The meals are truly delicious, nothing to complain about. The waiter took excellent care of everyone at the table. Thank you to the chefs for their dedication, as we must also thank the people who work behind the scenes; without them, we wouldn't have eaten so well. My wife, who is gluten-free, was finally able to enjoy everything from appetizer to dessert without any problems. We've finally found our go-to restaurant when we're in Reims. A quick message to the manager: Please continue to take good care of your employees so you can maintain a restaurant of this quality. Just one small drawback: the restrooms weren't very clean, but I'm sure they'll improve that later.

Perfect lunch, value for money and pleasant service

A very enjoyable dining experience. Attentive service, exceptional food (we had the Ribeye Rossini style, and the Angus Flank Steak), and a great location for a spot of people watching along the piazza - very entertaining!

I thoroughly enjoyed the roasted Camembert at this brasserie, and it was reasonably priced. Plus, the terrace on Place d'Erlon is gorgeous :3 The servers are very friendly!

Well, here...you'll find great food, and especially their flank steak with its onion sauce that will make your taste buds melt. ✨✌️ I highly recommend it!
